Individuals
If you do not like an item, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will refund the price of the item after checks.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers (individuals acting for non-professional purposes) have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs.
In addition to this legal right of 14 days, if an item does not suit you, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it to us. We will refund the price of the item after checks, provided that it is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Customized or made-to-measure products (such as personalized car covers) cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Opened products, which cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene or health protection, will not be accepted.
Damaged or excessively used products cannot be refunded.
Delivery costs are not refunded.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of an error on our part in preparing the order.
Professionals
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e. to natural persons acting for non-professional purposes. This right therefore does not apply to professionals or companies (legal or natural persons acting for commercial, industrial, craft or liberal purposes).
Therefore, purchases made by companies or professionals cannot be subject to withdrawal, and the items ordered will not be returned or exchanged, except for special conditions negotiated in advance between the two parties.
In the event of a return accepted under such a special condition, the return costs will be borne by the buyer, and the product must be returned in its original condition, without having been used.

Personalized products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
How to return an item to us:
- Fill out the return form: return form.
- We will send you the return slip within 2 working days to your email address.
- Print the return slip.
- Pack the item with the return slip in its original package,
- Send us the item..
- Receive your refund on the payment method used during your purchase, after our checks.
- Receive a refund confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund in the following cases:
- The item is damaged
- The item has been washed
